Annie has worked with crystals, yoga and Reiki for years. Sound healing came later, and it is where most of her time goes now.
The work
She started with Reiki. She continues practitioner training with SonoKi, meeting monthly, which is where the tuning fork work comes from.
A session uses tuning forks, and there are thirteen protocols to choose between. Annie works with a pendulum to decide which one, and by listening to what someone actually needs rather than what they came in saying. Most people arrive wanting a reset. Others come with something specific, like anxiety, or a health issue they are working through.
She sees people in person on Auckland’s North Shore on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and works at a distance the rest of the time. Distance sessions run as a live call, and she sends a recording afterwards.
The making
Annie also makes micro macrame jewellery, crystals hand woven into thread. She is self taught, and everything is made by hand, one piece at a time. Most pieces are one of a kind, because each crystal is. Designs can be repeated, and she takes commissions.
The knotwork has a longer history than the jewellery does. A mala has a knot between every bead, and that is where this kind of work begins. There is more about that here.
Whispered Secrets
The spiral is the thread through all of it. An unfolding journey, and something you find everywhere in nature once you start looking.
Two paths run from it. The Frequency Path is the sound and energy work. The Woven Path is the jewellery. Both come from the same place.
